Abstract submission guideline


The Scientific Committee invites clinicians and scientists, who are interested in sharing their work with the participants of the meeting, to submit their work in abstract form.

Changes in abstracts cannot be made after submission.

Please verify that each field in the abstract form has been completed and follow the instructions given below.

Accepted Abstract could be ORAL or POSTER presentation. You will be notified after March 30th 2017.


1  Authors’ list – (INCLUDING first author) – First name only intitials (e.g. P. White 1; C. Hurt 2; J. Smith 3)

2  Authors’ affiliations (INCLUDING first author) – # HOSPITAL, CITY, COUNTRY

3  Abstract Title – must be entered in capital letters (maximum 100 words)

4  Abstract Content – must follow the structure below:

  • Introduction
  • Materials and methods
  • Results or case report
  • Conclusions

5  Maximum length – 4500 characters (excl. title & author block, INCLUDING spaces)

6  Abstracts may include tables, graphics and pictures

7  All fields must be entered
