Abstract Submission

Call for Abstracts - DEADLINE 30 April 2023

The Scientific Committee invites clinicians and scientists who are interested in sharing their work with the participants of the meeting to submit their work in abstract form.
Changes in abstracts cannot be made after submission.
Please verify that each field in the abstract form has been completed and follow the instructions given below.
The Scientific Committee will review the abstract and you will receive an information whether the abstract has been accepted within 30 days from submission date.
Accepted abstracts could be ORAL or POSTER presentation. You will be notified on this decision after 10 May 2023.

Guidelines

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  1. The title of the abstract must be entered in capital letters (maximum 150 characters)
  2. The text must fit entirely in the rectangular space allotted on this form (maximum 2500 characters including spaces)
  3. The lines must be single-spaced.
  4. All fields must be entered.
  5. Personal data refers to those of the First Author.
  6. The name of the First Author must be repeated in the “Authors” field too.
  7. All authors’ names and first author’s name must be entered as follows:
    NAME SURNAME (e.g. JOHN SMITH).
  8. In case of more than one affiliation please indicate them in the proper field, following the order pointed out for each of the authors – HOSPITAL, CITY, COUNTRY
    (e.g. Authors: JOHN SMITH 1, FRANK LEWIS 2, ANDREW BURTON 3

  9. Please note that the abstract needs to be structured and to include the following sections:

  11. Case reports constitute an exception to this, and these should include the following sections:
    1. Introduction
    2. Case report
    3. Conclusions
  12. Abstract may include maximum 1 table or maximum 1 image.
