Call for Abstracts

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Delegates are kindly invited to submit an abstract online before January 31, 2023.
Please follow the submission guidelines strictly.

No more than two abstracts per institution should be submitted and each individual can only be listed once as a presenting author.
Abstracts will not be sent for review if they do not comply with the above mentioned criteria.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Members of the Scientific Committee.
Abstracts will be selected for oral presentation only.

The corresponding author will be notified whether the submitted abstract has been accepted for oral presentation by mid of March 2023.

Please note that the abstract needs to be structured, and the following sections have to be included:

  • Author(s)
    – Select abstract presenter
    – Initial(s) of the authors’ first name(s) and family name
    – Authors’ institutional affiliations (please see example of published abstract here)
  • Abstract title
  • Content – maximum 350 words
    • Introduction or Background
    • Objective
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
    • Conflict of interest statement

    The abstract should be submitted in English.
    Please note that you will not be able to edit/change your abstract once it has been submitted.
