Cancellation Policy

All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL (

– Full refund will be made for cancellation requests received 6 months before the planned congress date, handling fee (€50) will not be refunded
– 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received 3 months before the planned congress date
– After the above-mentioned deadlines, no registrations can be claimed for cancellation

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.


Advance payment must be made in euros, by credit card (preferred) or by bank transfer. Online credit card payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard (American Express and Diners are not accepted).

Registration will be confirmed automatically via e-mail.
Delegates will receive their invoice by e-mail once the payment is received.
The certificate of attendance will be available to download after the congress


All best efforts will be made to present the program as close as possible to the printed version presented on the website of the DO’S and DON’TS 2024. However, the Conference Organizer (MCA Events srl) reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables or plans relating directly or indirectly to the conference or exhibition, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organizer is not liable for any loss or inconvenience which may be caused as a result of such alterations. Participants (registrants) are advised to consider purchasing their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions. The DO’S and DON’TS 2024 does not cover individuals against cancelations of flights, hotels, or theft of their belongings. In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising. The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the DO’S and DON’TS 2024, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
