Accreditation
Target Audience
This educational activity is for Medical Doctors, Neonatologists, Pediatricians, Gynecologist and Obstetricians, Family Pediatricians, Pediatric Nurses, Nurses, Obstetric Nurses.
ECM Credits will be provided for Medical Doctors for a total of 6 ECM Credits.
UEMS Credits will be provided for Medical Doctors for a total of 17 European Credits.
The Event is compliant with Ethical MedTech requirements.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL

- Full refund will be made for cancellation requests received 6 months before the planned congress date, handling fee (€50) will not be refunded
- 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received 3 months before the planned congress date
- After the above-mentioned deadlines, no registrations can be claimed for cancellation
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress
Payment
Advance payment must be made in euros, by credit card (preferred) or by bank transfer. Online credit card payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard (American Express and Diners are not accepted).
Please note: A €10 credit card payment fee will be added to the total registration cost when choosing this payment method.

Delegates will receive their invoice by e-mail once the payment is received.

The ICCN 2026 CONGRESS does not cover individuals against cancelations of flights, hotels, or theft of their belongings. In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full.
The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising. The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the ICCN 2026 CONGRESS, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company.
The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
