30th EBCOG Congress, 102° Congresso SIGO
The 30th EBCOG Congress, held in conjunction with 102nd SIGO National Congress, will take place in Rome from 12-15 May 2027, bringing together the international community in obstetrics, gynaecology, and women’s health.
This leading European congress will showcase the latest advances in clinical practice, research, and innovation across women’s health. A key European meeting point for collaboration and scientific exchange.
The European Society for Paediatric Research (ESPR) has been at the forefront of Paediatric medical care and innovation since 1958. As one of the oldest and most prolific Paediatric research societies in Europe, its activities are organised according to three pillars:
1. The ten sections representing different Paediatric sub-specialties fostering the publication of research and guidelines;
2. The European School of Neonatology (ESN) acting as the society’s educational arm and implementing a wide range of educational activities.
3. The European Board of Neonatal Child Health Research (EBNCHR) that periodically reviews the European Training Requirements (ETR) in Neonatology and provides leadership in the context of child health research policy and funding.
The ESPR co-organises large-scale annual conferences, supports investigators with research grants, runs a mentoring programme and disseminates cutting-edge findings through its Springer-Nature journal Pediatric Research, amongst others.
Mission: Developing and applying research to improve newborn and child health.

The Global Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants (GFCNI) is the global organisation and network to represent the interests of preterm and newborn infants and their families. It brings together parents, healthcare experts from different disciplines, and scientists with the common goal of improving long-term health of preterm and newborn children. GFCNI’s vision is to ensure the best start in life for every baby.
The Union of European Neonatal & Perinatal Societies (UENPS) is a scientific society comprised of 49 National Neonatal and Perinatal Societies representing more than 15.000 healthcare professionals. The mission of UENPS is to enhance the quality of perinatal and neonatal care by integrating and coordinating the efforts of national scientific societies. In line with UENPS’s mission, a division called the “UENPS Halls of Knowledge” was established in 2019. Its goal is to consolidate all experiences and cultural activities developed over the years, offering a comprehensive educational approach to the current hot topics in neonatology.
