Call for Abstracts
Submit your Abstract for 30th EBCOG Congress, 102° Congresso SIGO
The Scientific Committee warmly invites clinicians, researchers, and scientists specializing in pediatric and neonatal critical care, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), and vital monitoring to submit their original research abstracts. Share your latest clinical findings, innovations, and scientific advancements with an international audience at VOLT 2026.
- Changes to abstracts cannot be made after submission
- Ensure all fields in the abstract form are completed accurately
- Follow the submission guidelines carefully
- Accepted abstracts will be presented either as Oral Communications or Poster Presentations
Abstract must be submitted under any of the following topics:
- Obstetrics
- Reproductive Medicine
- Gynaecological Oncology & Breast Disease
- Benign Gynaecology: Surgery, MIS, Urogynaecology, Menopause, Contraception
Every abstract should be structured as follows:
There should be two pages for each abstract:
Page 1:
Title of the abstract, authors, affiliations, preferred method of presentation, lead presenter, which specific area/session for presentation from the list
Page 2:
- Title of the paper,
- Names of authors,
- Affiliations,
- Corresponding author and email address
- 5 key words,
- Short abstract of 25 words,
- Full abstract: 300 words, (Study population, objectives, study design, findings)
- Conclusions/Key findings
All accepted abstracts presented at the Congress will be published in the EJOG journal (European Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Biology)
- The person submitting the abstract through the online platform will be designated as the Main Contact for all abstract(s) submitted under their account. All communications from the Organizing Secretariat, including submission confirmation and abstract acceptance results, will be sent to this person.
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts that may be submitted.
- Following abstract acceptance, each Abstract Presenter may present a maximum of two (2) abstracts during the Congress, regardless of presentation type (oral or poster).
- If more than two abstracts are accepted, a different presenter must be assigned for each additional abstract.
- Registration is required to confirm inclusion of the abstract in the scientific programme.
- Presenters must complete registration by the deadline communicated by the Organizing Secretariat.
