Abstract Submission

Call for Abstracts - Deadline: January 15, 2021

The Scientific Committee invites clinicians and scientists, who are interested in sharing their work with the participants of the meeting, to submit their work in abstract form. Changes in abstracts cannot be made after submission. Please follow the instructions given below and make sure that each field in the abstract form has been completed.

Abstract submission deadline is JANUARY 15, 2021

Accepted clinical cases will be presented as poster presentation.

the best 20 abstract will be published on Pediatric Research journal

Guidelines

Please note that the abstract needs to be structured, and need to include the following sections:

  1. Introduction/Background;
  2. Patients and Methods;
  3. Results;
  4. Conclusion(s).

Words limit: 6000 characters including spaces

Case reports constitute an exception to this, and these should include the following sections:

  1. Introduction/Background;
  2. Case report;
  3. Conclusion(s).

Evaluation

We welcome abstracts on all topics of relevance to research or clinical practice in perinatal neurology.

We will host a programme that includes basic science, epidemiology, clinical investigation, trials, professional training and education.

Abstracts must be structured using subheadings, such as ‘Background’, ‘Methods’, ‘Results’, ‘Conclusion’. Other subheading may be more appropriate for individual abstracts.

Every abstract will be peer-reviewed. The reviewers are appointed by the scientific committee of the congress This will help us making an interesting conference programme.

We will accept all well-written abstracts that have a general interest regarding the topic in question, the methodology, or the results. we will welcome abstracts on experimental work and clinical research as well as clinical trials

The decision on acceptance and the preliminary programme will be made by the scientific committee in  JANUARY 2021. Final acceptance depends on registration for the conference by one of the authors.

Information for presenters

There will be two formats:

  • Oral presentation
    All oral presenters are kindly requested to check the date, time and hall name of their presentation in the Scientific Programme.
    The presentation time is 15 minutes in total (10 minutes of presentation and 5 of discussion).
    We kindly ask you to prepare presentation with 5 slides only on a USB Key with the following name of the file: “OralPresentation_lastname_time”. The file should be brought to the slide center one day before the presentation.
  • Poster presentation
    All the posters presenters, who received the acceptance email stating that “Your abstract has been accepted for a Poster presentation”, are kindly requested to check the date, time in the Scientific Programme.
    The presentation time is 5 minutes in total (2 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion), the posters will be discussed during lunch break sessions on both days of the congress.
