How to get to the city

By Air

Valencia airport, located just 8 kilometers from Valencia, offers regular daily flights to the most important
national and international destinations.

By Train

The city has two railway stations:

  • Norte Station, where it operates mainly the metropolitan train service (Cercanìas)
  • Joaquìn Sorolla high speed station, from which the Ave depart for Madrid, Cuenca, Seville and Cordova.
From the Joaquín Sorolla Station there are also long-distance Alvia and Euromed trains that connect
Valencia with Barcelona and other cities.

By Car

To reach Valencia by car, a modern road network connects it to the main Spanish cities. In particular, the
AP-7, which runs from north to south across the Levantine coast, joining Valencia to Barcelona and
Alicante, and the A-3, which crosses the center of the peninsula to reach Madrid.

The Valencia Conference Centre is located on the main northwest approach road into the city. It is seven minutes from the Valencia-Manises international airport and 8 minutes from the city centre and the high-speed train station. It has excellent transport links to the rest of the city via metro, taxi, bus, bike and tram.
